In clarification of my previous post……We have been at this hospital over 100 times in the last 4 years and have never had an issue. We will continue to bring our children here.

I simply feel that with all that has happened they could make a few exceptions. Siblings don’t count against the 6 visitors and for that we are thankful!

We do NOT know at this point who’s fault this is, exactly what was missing or how this happened. I can’t share more than that.
